Depending on which option is chosen, this information is either provided in a colorful pamphlet or an environmentally friendly online format.
Your school, team, church, club, or organization will get sales breakdowns each week delivered to the fundraising coordinator in a Microsoft© Excel format. This report can be very detailed or very basic depending on your needs. The organization can choose to use one code for all participants or provide each participant their own code. If individual codes are assigned, the report can group participants by classes/teams and also provide a grand total for all participants. If the school/organization chooses to use the class/team breakdowns, then this information will need to be provided prior to the start of the fundraiser. If the school/organization choosed to track individual seller performance, a listing of all student/sellers will need to be provided. Each participant will be assigned a Fundraising Seller Code that will be used to get credit for sales made on the website. The process of assigning codes to specific sellers becomes mandatory if the school/organization is participating in The Greener, the Better! Sales Reward Program.
