“Who can become part of E-cloth Clean Green Fundraising?”
Schools, Non-Profit Organizations, Churches, Environmental Clubs, Sports Teams, Youth Groups, Boy/Girl Scout Troops
“How do we get involved?”
Fill in the online Registration form. We will send approval within 48 hours.
“How much profit does my School, Team, Church, Club or Organization make?”
Although we’ve seen many fundraisers offering various profit percentages, to get the higher percentages requires ordering/selling large quantities. With E-cloth Cool Green Cleaning groups earn funds on any-and-all purchases, and we pay for shipping directly to the customer. Your total profit depends how much effort the participants put into selling.
“How and when does my School, Team, Church, Club or Organization get paid?”
TADgreen / E-cloth pay you directly and can do it weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or upon completion of the fundraiser, whatever you prefer.
“How much money can my School, Team, Church, Club or Organization make?”
This all depends on the energy put into the program. We provide the tools – it’s how effectively you utilize them that determines outcome. E-cloths are “higher ticket" items versus other fundraising items (e.g. candy bars), so profits can mount up quickly!
“What expenses will my School, Team, Church, Club or Organization incur?”
None. We provide everything to help make the E-cloth Green Clean Fundraiser a success, including a free color pamphlet or online resources to help the students in their selling efforts.
“How does this fundraiser get launched?”
Based on your schedule a TADgreen representative will come to your School, Team, Church, Club or Organization to educate participants on green cleaning and demonstrate how E-cloth works. Samples will be left behind for to be tried out.
“Does the student/seller get a catalog to use to sell?”
Our intention is to make this fundraising as paperless as possible, so there is not a multiple page catalog or order forms. Depending on which option is chosen, information is either provided in a “You’ll clean smarter, better and healthier” pamphlet or in an environmentally friendly online format. Either option briefly explains:

- How to order
- Product photos
“How do people order and how do their orders get credited to our School, Team, Church, Club or Organization and student/seller?”
The information provided gives the easy ordering steps. All ordering is done online. Part of this ordering is filling in a Fundraising Seller Code on the checkout page by the purchaser. It includes a prefix that identifies the organization and a suffix that identifies who sold the order. This enables tabulating and crediting the sale to your organization and the seller. If you do not want to know what each student/seller sold, only the organization prefix code is given to purchasers.
“Can sales be tracked by who sold them?”
Yes, we can provide a report every week on sales by School, Team, Church, Club or Organization; by class or other designation; and by participant whether a student or member of a team, church, club or organization. If you choose to have the report track sales for classes/teams, this information needs to be provided prior to the start of the fundraiser.
“What motivates students/sellers to sell E-cloth products?”
They’ll feel good about helping to do something that contributes to living more responsibly. It’s their planet and selling
E-cloth results in doing something better for it. To add to the healthy competitive spirit, we offer “The Greener, the Better!” Sales Reward Program. There are 4 shades of green that represent sales levels. The goal is to be the darkest green reinforcing green living. These levels also have green products awarded students/sellers that are given as a gratifying sign of achievement. The cost of the green-inspired products awarded to the student/sellers is completely funded by E-cloth.
“How long should the fundraiser be run?”
We recommend a minimum 6-8 week cycle but fundraising can continue beyond that by us keeping your fundraising codes active.
“What happens when there’s a problem with an order?”
TADgreen customer service will swiftly take care of any issues. All the participant has to do is call us toll-free at
800-677-4354.
“Can we sell E-cloths to businesses as well?”
Certainly. E-cloths are ideal for cleaning tasks in retail stores, offices, break/lunch rooms, restaurant kitchens, barware and tabletops.
“With some fundraisers the products are priced more than what they can be purchased for at a retail store.”
All E-cloth products are sold at our suggested retail selling price. Being a premium product, E-cloths are sold through better-grade retailers such as natural food grocers, specialty health and wellness stores, bath and gourmet kitchen shops, green online retailers, etc. They are not sold through retail channels that discount.
